Dear Paul, Richard and all at Avalon,

Thank you so much for our wonderful new home!! We are so warm, comfortable and happy. I smile everyday when I wake up and realize we accomplished our goal. We loved our neighborhood and our property but we were not satisfied with our old home. We spent 12 years discussing what to do and the options were: to renovate, rebuild, do nothing, or move. My husband Tom spoke with Paul Oliveira at Avalon and he was impressed with the vision Paul saw for rebuilding a new home at our current property. Tom and Paul spent many months going over designs, budget and timelines. Paul and the crew at Avalon were so patient with us at every step in the process. Paul listened to our needs and concerns and was able to come up with the perfect design for our budget. We even got to make customizations in areas that were critical for our family’s specific requirements.

The day the house arrived was so exciting. At 7am the only thing on our property was the foundation. By 3pm on that very same day I was taking a tour through the house. The house had arrived in four pieces, been set on the foundation and assembled in only 8 hours. It was truly amazing! Of course there was plenty of finish work still ahead but that is where Richard Pereira stepped in. Richard was amazing as he pulled together all of the contractors required to finish the house and make it move in ready. We were up against an 8 week timeline. Richard pulled it all together and remained in close contact with Tom and me throughout the whole process. Richard, Paul and everyone at Avalon always returned calls promptly, answered the phone at Avalon and always responded in a< timely manner to our requests.

We are now in our new home and the continuing support from Richard and the Avalon crew is outstanding. We feel we can always call on them to make things right if we are experiencing any problems. Richard checks in frequently with us to make sure the house is running smoothly and to let us know that he is always there if something comes up.

We are so grateful to everyone at Avalon and we are looking forward to many wonderful years in our new home.
