There are many customizations you can add to your modular home. Keep in mind that each add-on changes the price, as with any newly constructed home, the fancier you get, the higher the price.

However, usually, if it is possible to incorporate it into the budget at the time of build, you should, because it is more expensive and challenging to, say, add hard wood flooring later on.
